Call Routing


The obvious issue is how to figure out which peer to route a call to
For SIP -- sip:user@domain
But for phone numbers?

ENUM (RFC3761) is one way, but...
"Public ENUM"
opt-in
public root (e164.arpa)
but...
"Carrier ENUM"
Operator v. user control
Public v. private/relationships with public ENUM

And BTW, who "owns" what?
